A 20-Minute Double Kettlebell Workout for Beginners

  1. Double Kettlebell Front Squat
  • Hold the kettlebells at shoulder height.
  • Squat down, keeping your back straight and chest up.
  • Stand back up to the starting position.
  1. Double Kettlebell Swing
  • Hold kettlebells with an overhand grip.
  • Swing them between your legs and thrust your hips forward to swing them up to chest level.
  • Control the descent back between your legs.
  1. Double Kettlebell Press
  • Hold the kettlebells at shoulder height.
  • Press them overhead until your arms are fully extended.
  • Lower them back down with control.

Cool Down (5 Minutes)

Finish with a cool-down to slow your heart rate and stretch your muscles.

  1. Kettlebell Figure Eight: 1 minute
  2. Standing Hamstring Stretch: 1 minute per leg
  3. Chest Opener Stretch: 1 minute
  4. Child’s Pose: 2 minutes
